Returns and Refunds

We do not provide refunds or accept returns due to change of mind.

If a product is proven to be faulty or damaged it may be replaced where possible. If unable to replace item, a refund for the item may be given.

Delivery Address

Customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to the address being input incorrectly by customer and needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible to pay for the parcel to be reposted.

Purchasing Multiple Packs

When purchasing multiple packs on one order and selecting delivery option as post, packs will combined into one box unless previously discussed with us.

Local Delivery

Suburbs eligible for local delivery are Narellan, Narellan Vale, Spring Farm, Harrington Park, Mount Annan, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Currans Hill, Elderslie, Camden, Gledswood Hills.

Where Do We Post To?

We post Australia wide!

We would love to be able to post to other countries but the shipping price would be very high. If you are in another country, we would be happy to give you a shipping quote if you wish. Just send us a message with your address to peachypacksau@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
